Tax Professional Position Available 

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent with experience completing corporate and individual tax returns, with a focus on small business flow-thru companies, reviewing bookkeeping, and maintaining client relationships.

Our preferred colleague has effective and direct communication skills, is highly organized and able to prioritize and adjust according to clients’ evolving needs. We expect colleagues to work well in a team environment and have an openness to learn and grow in both their accounting/professional skills and their personal skills. In this position they would develop client relationships, build trust, and maintain high quality work while working closely with clients, as well as the owner and Accounting Manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant or Licensed Enrolled Agent with 3-5 tax seasons experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts Relevant experience that can be utilized to develop skills
• Understanding of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs
• Committed to the Cleveland area

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Tax return preparation (Individual, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, Partnership)
• Direct communication with federal, state, and local taxing agencies
• Review accounting records and make adjusting journal entries
• Periodic filings such Sales Tax, payroll, and other state-specific filings
• Tax research (as necessary)
• Develop relationships
