Karen Dispirito

Karen Dispirito is the Office Manager here at Ethos CPA and has worked with Taki since 2013. Karen holds a degree in Business Management which she has utilized over the years working for American Greetings, Hallmark, and women’s clothing stores. She excels in multi-tasking and has mastered the art of remembering an abundance of information – from work related items down to our clients’ favorite candies. As the Office Manager, she believes it is her role to bring out the best in our team, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to make their job as productive and as stress-free as possible. Karen loves bringing a team together, utilizing everyone’s specific skills and ensuring that we have the hardest working, most fun place to work.

Outside of Ethos, she loves being in her backyard (her happy place) with her family. Being at home and cooking, creating, baking or Netflix binging with her husband and kids keep her balanced.
